Welcome to Lumé Haus Studios

Before your shoot, please review our studio policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable

experience.

Location & Accessibility

Address: 2277 W 700 S, Springville, UT 84663

Lumé Haus Studios is fully accessible and includes both a staircase and elevator for easy

load-in and load-out.

After entering the front doors, the elevator is located around the corner on the left.

Included Amenities

Every booking includes access to:

● 12 × 12 Cyc Wall

● Changing Room

● Vanity Station

● Multiple Backgrounds (paper + cloth)

● Sound System

● Restroom + Drinking Fountain

● High-Speed Wi-Fi

● Cleaning Supplies

Booking & Timing

Arrival & Departure

Please arrive and leave on time. Late arrivals do not receive extra time or refunds.

Overtime

Staying more than 5 minutes past your scheduled rental will be considered overtime and billed

at a 1-hour minimum to the card on file.

Requesting Extra Time

Text 385-625-8216 or notify a team member on site at least 15 minutes before your session

ends. Extensions are subject to availability and billed accordingly.

Clean-Up Expectations

Renters must leave the studio as they found it:

● Return furniture + props to original positions

● Dispose of trash and materials (glitter, confetti, props, etc.)

● Complete clean-up within your booking time

Studios left messy will incur a $50 cleaning fee.

Personal items left behind will be held for one week before donation.

Furniture & Prop Use

● Always lift, don’t drag furniture.

● Return items to original locations.

● You may bring your own equipment or props (except prohibited items).

Prohibited Items: Nails, tacks, or anything that damages walls.

Approved Hanging Methods: Wall-safe tape, “Fun Tak,” and Command Strips.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Hourly Rentals

● Cancel > 48 hrs in advance → Full refund

● Cancel within 48 hrs → 50% refund

● Day-of cancellations → Non-refundable

Rescheduling

● Notify ≥ 48 hrs before your booking.

● A new date must be set within 1 week to avoid cancellation fees.

● Day-of reschedules → 50% fee applies.

● Credits for rescheduled bookings are tracked by Lumé Haus.

Half-Day / Full-Day Rentals

● Cancel ≥ 1 week → Full refund

● Cancel ≥ 4 days → 50% refund

● Reschedule ≥ 1 week before booking to avoid fees

All reschedules are first-come, first-served.

Liability & Damages

Lumé Haus Studios is not responsible for theft, injury, or incidents during rentals.

Renters are liable for damage to furniture, equipment, plants, or missing items.

Replacements will be billed to the card on file.

Haus Rules

Pets / Smoking / Alcohol

● Pets allowed with prior approval only.

● No smoking or vaping indoors.

● Alcohol permitted for private events with prior approval.

Violations will result in a $25 fee.

Noise

Be respectful of other tenants—keep music at a reasonable volume. You may connect to our

sound system for background music.

Lighting

Lumé Haus is a natural-light studio. Lighting varies with time of day and weather. No refunds for

lighting conditions outside our control.

Parking

Free parking is available on the east side of the building. If full, street parking is available.

Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
